I ordered Shades of Black under the impression I would receive the item listed on the website that I ordered in the grey color. When the hat finally arrived, it showed up in a white camo color. Additionally, there is no Goorin tag on the hat. Not entirely sure what happened, but for a brand I like so much, it's sad that the lack of customer service and inability to ship timely with the appropriate item ordered is ruining my faith in the brand.
